It has a population of 11,000 and is located on southern Vancouver Island, north of Victoria, with full service marinas within walking distance of the downtown core. Butchart Gardens, Victoria International Airport and the British Columbia Ferries are just minutes away. There are many inlets and nearby islands, along with many points of interest.
